Refund and Cancellation Policy

We strive to provide high-quality design services to all our clients. However, we understand that there may be circumstances where a client may request a refund. This Refund Policy applies to all design services provided by Uzerx (“Company”).

Refund Requests: All refund requests must be made in writing to Uzerx within 7 days of the delivery of the first draft. The request must include a detailed explanation of why the client is requesting a refund and sent to info@uzerx.com

Eligibility for Refund: A refund may be granted if the following conditions are met:

• If the refund request is made within 7 days of the delivery of the first draft, the client will receive 50% refund for the amount paid for the project.
• If the refund request is made beyond 7 days, the client will receive no refund.

Payment of Refund: Refunds will be processed within 14 days of the approval of the refund request. Refunds will be made in the same form of payment used to make the original payment.

Dispute Resolution: If the client and Uzerx are unable to reach an agreement on a refund, the dispute shall be resolved through arbitration in accordance with the rules of India.

Changes to Refund Policy: Uzerx reserves the right to modify or amend this Refund Policy at any time. Any changes to the policy will be posted on our website. By engaging our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by our Refund Policy.

Please note that this revised policy will be effective immediately for all future projects and does not apply retroactively to completed projects.
